Fractional SDR · B2B Outbound
Your Pipeline Won't Build Itself.
I help B2B companies find the right prospects, start conversations, qualify opportunities, and book sales meetings.
Prospecting → Outreach → Conversations → Qualified Meetings
Your product isn't the problem. Your pipeline might be.
You already have something worth selling. The challenge is getting enough of the right buyers into conversations.

About me
I'm Sanchit, a fractional SDR based in Nagpur, India, working with B2B companies across SaaS, IT services, and consulting. I do the front end of sales: building the list, dialing, writing the emails, sending the LinkedIn messages, and having the conversations.
I'm not a strategist who hands over a playbook and disappears. I'm the person actually on the phone prospecting, getting rejected, following up, and turning a small number of those conversations into qualified meetings for your sales team.
I take a small number of clients at a time, never two competitors, and report the activity every week so you always know what's happening.
Your Pipeline Won't Build Itself.
20 minutes. I'll ask about your offer, your ICP, and what outbound has looked like so far. If it makes sense to work together, we'll know by the end of the call.
Fractional SDR Basics
The questions you're already thinking.
Do I own the contact list?+
Yes. Every contact, every data point, every note lives in your systems. If we stop working together, the list stays with you.
Do I need to bring my own list?+
No. I build the list from scratch based on your ICP. If you already have one, I'll clean it and work from it.
What if no meetings get booked?+
Then we look at the data together — offer, ICP, messaging, or targeting — and fix the part that's broken. You'll see activity and replies from week one, not a black box at day 90.
What does "dedicated dialing" mean?+
Blocked calling hours every week where I'm on the phone with your prospects — not squeezed in between other tasks. You get the call count and the outcomes.
How do I know the work is actually happening?+
A simple weekly report: prospects added, emails sent, calls dialed, connects, replies, conversations, meetings booked. Plus a short call to walk through it.
Is it just cold calls or do you do email and LinkedIn too?+
All three. Cold call, email, and LinkedIn run as one sequence, because buyers rarely respond to a single channel.
Are there long-term contracts?+
No lock-ins. We work month to month so I have to keep earning the seat.
Will you work with my competitors?+
No. I don't run outbound for two companies selling the same thing to the same ICP.
How many clients do you take at once?+
A small number, deliberately. Outbound only works when the person doing it has time to think about your market.
What about pricing?
Hop on a call and we'll scope what you actually need your offer, your ICP, and how much outbound volume it takes to move the needle. Then I'll tell you what it costs and how I can help you grow.
